Behind Resilient Mama, Studio!
Hi, I’m Sasha. I’m a mom, certified life coach, professional organizer, and social media manager based in Kent County, Michigan.
Becoming a mother showed me how strong I could be, but it also taught me how much support matters along the way. There were times I felt overwhelmed, burned out, and unsure how to move forward, especially on my own. What I learned is that we don’t have to do it alone, and that is exactly why I started Resilient Mama Studio.
My goal is to help women feel empowered in their homes and at work, while supporting businesses to grow and scale ethically—providing quality employment, a living wage, professional development, leadership training, and building communities that prioritize employee well-being and a supportive work culture.
Along the way, I learned valuable lessons about letting go of control, releasing the need to be perfect, and advocating for yourself. These lessons guide how I work with clients: through wellness coaching, I help women manage stress, prioritize self-care, and regain balance; through home and business management, I create systems that reduce overwhelm and make daily life more manageable; and through career and business support, I empower women and organizations to build strong foundations, embrace authentic leadership, and scale ethically while respecting & valuing people’s energy and potential.
We focus on an individual’s energy, schedule, goals, self-care, and life balance. When you find balance between home, work, and personal ambitions, you’re more likely to engage fully in your job, connect deeply with your family, and accomplish your personal goals.

At Resilient Mama Studio, we provide professional cleaning for homes and offices, and we proudly partner with Adventures In Organizing LLC, owned by Certified Professional Organizer Sasha Allaer and Sarah Miller, owner of Tidy Gamer.
Together, we take organizing to a whole new level—making it fun, exciting, and inclusive for everyone through their unique gamified system.
From residential spaces to business offices and full retail setups for new businesses, we help clients declutter, create efficient systems, and maintain spaces that are functional, organized, and tailored to their needs.
